Captain Lee has fished the waters of the Wrightsville Beach &the North Carolina coast all his life. He has also has been lucky enough to travel to and fish to the waters of Florida, Grand Cayman, Mexico, Belize & Costa Rica. As he guides you, he draws deeply from his past experience in finding fish from working as a commercial fisherman and a King Mackerel Tournament Trail contender, not to mention the lessons from his grandfather as he was growing up on the water.
Capt. Lee carries a USCG Masters License, is on the Board of Directors of Onslow Bay Artificial Reef Association (OBARA)... is a Seminar instructor, teacher, speaker, and fly tier. He was a "Orvis Endorsed" guide for 3 years, and also hosts and supports many other organizations. He speaks at many Fishing and Fly Fishing clubs and Fishing Schools throughout North & South Carolina. Feel free to contact him about speaking at your club. He also organizes club or "Corporate Building" classes & outings for you.
Capt. Lee also teaches subjects such as "Lure Making" for trolling, Fly Fishing, Fly Casting, Fly Tying, Boat Handling, Trolling from a small boat using light tackle (lure spread with max number of lines & teasers) and how to dock or, "on the water" navigate your boat. Capt. Lee is here to help make your time on the water fishing or boating, more exciting, safer & most of all FUN!
